• Paracetamol may be used for pain relief.
• Avoid pressure exerted on the face. Sleep elevated and on your back.
• We recommend the ‘Mint Post Procedure Support Mask’ be worn for up to 3 weeks post procedure; Daily and for sleeping to support.
• Drink plenty of fluids, avoid alcohol and hot drinks.
• Eat soft foods to avoid excessive chewing for 48 hours post procedure.
• Avoid strenuous activity for 48 hours. (This includes gym, running, swimming. Light exercise / walking is ok after 48 hours. Avoid any activities where treated areas may get contaminated (i.e. sauna, steam rooms, gardening, cleaning, supermarket shopping) for at least 48 hour post procedure.
• No dental work for 1 month after procedure.
• Avoid makeup for at least 48 hours.
