Cosmetic Rachael is a Registered Nurse and Midwife and is the Director of Skin to Soul and the practicing Nurse Injector at our Gold Coast Clinic.
Rachael has completed a Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing, is a certified remedial masseuse and has completed level one shamanic healing training.
Rachael assails the aging process with her unique style, incorporating massage, crystal clearing, meditative journaling and a spiritual energy clearing.
Rachael specialises in the combination of platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments and Mono PDO threads which provides a more natural approach in rejuvenating aging skin.

Mint Thread Procedure Aftercare Instructions:
• Apply a cold compress on the treated area if required post treatment.
• Paracetamol may be used for pain relief.
• Avoid pressure exerted on the face. Sleep elevated and on your back.
• We recommend the ‘Mint Post Procedure Support Mask’ be worn for up to 3 weeks post procedure; Daily and for sleeping to support.
• Drink plenty of fluids, avoid alcohol and hot drinks.
• Eat soft foods to avoid excessive chewing for 48 hours post procedure.
• Avoid strenuous activity for 48 hours. (This includes gym, running, swimming. Light exercise / walking is ok after 48 hours. Avoid any activities where treated areas may get contaminated (i.e. sauna, steam rooms, gardening, cleaning, supermarket shopping) for at least 48 hour post procedure.
• No dental work for 1 month after procedure.
• Avoid makeup for at least 48 hours. However ‘Oxygenetix Oxygenating Foundation’ can be used post treatment as it is a breathable foundation recommended for use Post Procedure to conceal redness, bruising, and sensitive skin. This month has been such a huge professional development month. It’s been a journey of passion persistence and hard work. I started my threads passion during Covid lockdown when everyone was watching lockdowns and numbers I was searching ways I could get trained in long threads after 3 boarder closures and attempts to get trained in Melbourne I got trained originally by another threads company even though I knew from my research Mint threads were the more superior, better quality, durability and science backed threads in the world. They were not allowed at this time to be used by Nurses as it was classified as a Doctor device only. After meeting with the managing director I convinced him to think other wise and asked him to come trade test me in my clinic which he very kindly came from Sydney and did. 18 months later I now train Nurses across Queensland in Mint lifting threads and I am one of the leading users in the State.
